Description/Job Summary
CNC Programmer-Operator for Mazak Lathe.
Preferred Skills
Qualified candidates will be required to setup, write programs and edit along with performing offsets and tool changes.
Required Experience
-Setup, write programs and edit along with performing offsets and tool changes.
-Run hard and soft tool steel.
-Able to work from blue prints and hold close tolerances.
-Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience on Mazak and 5 years minimum CNC lathe experience
Preferred Experience
-Skilled in programming and operating CNC Mazak Lathes.
-Strong math skills.
-Blueprint reading.
-Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints and/or specifications in order to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
-Write programs in mazatrol controller and store programs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience. Work from blueprints and hold close tolerances.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
