Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team.
As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing guest relations, and performing night audit duties.
This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong hospitality skills, and the ability to handle various guest requests in a professional manner.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome upon arrival - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts - Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services - Proficient in using computer systems and software for reservations and transactions - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
