McNaughton-McKay Electric Company Accounts Payable ProcessorThe Accounts Payable Processor prepares vendor payments assuring that invoices are paid accurately and on a timely basis, taking advantage of discounts offered.
In this role, you will:
Reconcile and enter vendor invoices/statements and credit memosResolve receiving and billing discrepanciesProcess debit memos/price changesBill customer freight charges from third party carriersPrepare checks to ensure payment terms and discounts are accurateRequest checks from vendors with a credit balanceProvide backup support to the Accounts Payable leadership teamProcess EDI transactionsCreate, implement, and revise procedures and instructionsScan and index AP documents filed in paperless officeOther duties as assigned To be successful, you will have/be:
