Healing Haven is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and treatment for children with physical and cognitive impairments. We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, a direct instruction classroom, after school center-based services and day time center-based services for children between the ages of 2-16. Implementing assessments for program placement Implementing assessments to measure progress Developing curriculum Supervising programs Creating and implementing customized occupational therapy plans with ongoing data analysis to modify as necessary Facilitating parent meetings/ parent training to ensure consistency between the home and clinic Collaborating with multiple professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care Writing reports and collaborating with payors to maintain authorizations Staying current with research and new methodologies Compensation details:
