Facility and Vehicle Workshop Manager

Salary:
$100k - $130k Salary & Excellent Benefits This role is responsible for all operational activities in US sites, maintenance, budget management, service delivery management, project management, health and safety, quality, regulations, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate is energetic and a great communicator who is passionate to support facilities operations for our offices.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Abroad Operations and is a full-time, salaried, 5 days on-site position based in our Madison Heights car workshop.
Facility Manager Job Responsibilities Site maintenance activities Act as a project and construction manager and representative of our Global Operations team Facilitate day-to-day functions in 3 U.

facilities to include but is not limited to:
adhering to all department and company standards, safety requirements, budgeting, purchasing, audits and coordination and management of vendors and contractors Respond to requests from building tenants and occupants to ensure problems are resolved promptly Other duties as assigned Working with municipality, landlord and other external authorities.
Employee experience related activities Car Workshop Manager Responsibilities Work with Global Manager, contractors, vendors, and applicable municipalities to ensure compliance with any state/local regulation, legal, health and safety standards Perform safety audits for company car and testing vehicle equipment and schedule audits by third-parties Supervise the safe handling and storage of toxic materials Manage the Employer Pull Notice (EPN) program and AV permits Manage license and registration for vehicles and DMV Other duties as assigned Provide good infrastructure for test vehicles Maintain the workshop and ensure the cars are being maintained as needed Requirements/Qualifications Must have working knowledge of safety management and compliance with federal, state, and local laws Must have experience in training others and writing procedures Minimum of 4 years in facility or property management Must possess a clean record and Detroit driving license Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills Ability to sit, stand, and walk Occasionally walk and lift/move 10 pounds Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at the Detroit, Michigan car workshop Preferred/Nice to Have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology, Mechanic, or relevant experience Certified electrician is an advantage Experience in procurement Experience in car fleet management Understanding of electrical equipment Live within one hour drive to Detroit site Benefits Medical Dental Vision 5% employer contribution to 401kafter 90 days of employment 11 paid holidays 18 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer-sponsored Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) with enrollment into Medical Employer-sponsored life insurance Employer-sponsored short term disability insurance Supplemental life insurance, long term disability Recommended Skills Auditing Communication Construction Management Customer Relationship Management Electrical Engineering Electrical Installation Work Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
