- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently - Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservations - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports - Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is desirable - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism - Knowledge of phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems Note:
