ResponsibilitiesProvides leadership to the sales team.
Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and same day response to inbound leads Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Work alongside VP of sales Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clientele.
Assist with social media and marketing and develop platform for sales Attend all tradeshows Skills Proven work experience as a sales manager and leader Familiarity with CRM practices and call log utilizing dialing system Highly motivated and target driven with a proven history in sales Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Experience with hiring and training a sales team Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Recommended Skills Business Relationship Management Closing Skills Cold Calling Communication Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
