Essential Duties & Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads Take customer sales orders, provide timely quotations and accurate order processing for Consumables products Proactively follow up with customers seeking additional business opportunities Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current customers over the phone and via email communication The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the majority of their day making phone calls, emailing, and building relationships with current and future customers.
They are a self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
The individual will be part of a growing team with well established brand designed to drive increased sales initiatives of consumable products to new and existing customers in the anatomic pathology lab industries.
Desired Skills & Experience 2
years with sales experience (industry experience a plus).
High-level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
Experience following processes, exhibiting strong follow-through, managing time and prioritizing responsibilities.
Familiarity and understanding of sales cycles (short and long) Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
Experience With CRMs Or Other Contact Management System.
Ability to develop strategic solutions and persuade prospects.
Solid knowledge and experience of computer-based applications:
MS Office; E-mail; Internet research.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required.
Some College Preferred.
