In this role, you'll provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for related projects and tasks.
We are a growing company who has been in business locally for over 20 years.
We are looking to expand our production department and grow our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage necessary steps of each project.
Ability to analyze and strategize for problem solving within projects.
Ability to think quickly on your feet, minimize waste, and maximize efficiency.
We request 10 years of industry field experience, 5 years of crew or team leadership experience, 3 years of project management (or equivalent) experience Experience with and comfort with computer operations in construction or planning software, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Drive, etc.
Ability to read and understand construction contracts, product specific uses, and installation standards and guidelines.
Self-motivated with an in-depth understanding of the construction industry.
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Able to lift 60lbs and set up ladders.
Must have good communications skills.
Must have good math skills.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Utilizing CRM software program for contact, job management, communication, updates, and scheduling.
Crew hiring, training, and evaluating.
Pre-inspections (contract review, scheduling, complete package - pictures, drawings, material list(s), labor invoice(s), commission sheet, and change order (if necessary) Resolving contract issues.
Post-inspections (scheduling, pictures, inspection paperwork, certificate(s) of completion, reviewing and submitting labor invoices, CRM updates) Resolution of installation issues.
Communicate with customer during project length.
This is a salaried position that is based on experience and will be discussed at further length during the interview/hiring process.
Sunroom knowledge is a plus.
