The Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries via phone and in person regarding patient care or services provided by Veterinary Emergency Service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills along with excellent computer skills including proficiency with E-Vet.
The position requires a basic understanding of emergency pet medicine.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone or email regarding patient care or services provided by Veterinary Emergency Service.
Collecting payment for all services.
Maintaining a cash drawer.
Preparing discharge paperwork and medications.
