We pride ourselves on assisting our customers with the best workmanship for their special cutting tool needs.
We are looking for dependable candidates that would like to work in our Madison Heights facility.
Candidates must be dependable, punctual, willing to learn, as we are also willing to teach and hear suggestions that can improve an existing process or procedure.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, greeting, and screening visitors, distributing incoming mail, faxes, and interoffice documents.
Act as a liaison between the customer relationship manager, and our customers.
Willing to take direction from the management team, assisting in the coordination of company announcements and events.
Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing shipping and freight documents.
Correspond with customers and vendors as needed.
Maintain a good database of both customers and vendors for marketing materials.
Filing and maintaining an accurate filing system.
Assist other administrative personnel with overflow tasks.
Requirements:
Experience with a multi-line phone system.
, and confident communication with the customer E2 Job boss software experience.
Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Able to follow directions.
Strong communication skills Experience desired but willing to train the right candidate.
