The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:
30am - 5:
00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Attire is business casual.
The pay rate is $17
depending on experience.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of PC/Windows Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel (PowerPoint a plus) Organized and motivated Ability to follow and retain instruction on procedures Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously English and Spanish speaking a plus Duties:
Daily time reconciliation Both employees and temporary staff Data entry of time sheets Assist on Invoicing/Receivables tasks Prep job tickets for invoicing Gather missing documentation Assist on Payables tasks Review incoming vendor invoices Prep documentation for payments to be issued Post staff announcements and coordinate staff events Maintain vacation calendar Review and bring employee files up to date Prepare documentation for hiring and termination Safety Attend safety meetings and maintain meeting records and attendance logs Assist with updating safety policy manual and maintain compliance documentation as needed Assist with updating quality documentation Attend quality meetings and maintain meeting records and attendance logs Quick Apply.
