Exciting Challenges; To provide engineering support and initiatives to advance and secure sales opportunities for Sika's line of structural reinforcing products and technology at all Automotive OEM's operating in North America.
Interface with OEM platform engineering teams and CAE / Simulation engineering groups as required to promote Sika technologies for NVH, Crash, and Durability applications.
Manage internal and external resources in CAD / CAE, tooling package development, prototyping, and production launch.
